The belts on the X-axis or Y-axis is either too loose or adjusted too tightly.
Important Note:
When adjusting the belts, it is crucial to achieve a moderate tension. Belts that are either too loose or too tight on any part of the machine will negatively affect performance.
As shown in the image below, loosen the three screws in Group A to unlock the Y-axis motor bracket. Then, turn Screw B to adjust the belt tension. Once a moderate tension is achieved, re-tighten the three screws in Group A.

As shown in the image below, loosen the three screws in Group A to unlock the X-axis motor bracket. Then, turn Screw B to adjust the belt tension. Once a moderate tension is achieved, re-tighten the three screws in Group A.
