To ensure the normal operation of the One Laser XT model, please note that the cold water pump equipped with this device is used to cool the glass tube. The water in the water tank of the water pump has been drained at the factory. If it is powered on directly without adding pure water, it will directly cause electrical failure. Therefore, after receiving the device, please add pure water to the water tank of the water pump as soon as possible to ensure the safe operation of the device.

Note: The left door of the device needs to be removed at the same time.
Use an M2 hexagonal wrench to remove the hexagonal screws on the back cover and left door of the device and place them together.




Take out the back cover of the device

Note: Using pure water as cooling water can prevent scaling and corrosion, improve cooling efficiency, and inhibit the growth of microorganisms, thereby effectively protecting the equipment, ensuring its stable operation and extending its service life.
Find the location of the water tank

Open the water filling cap on the top of the water tank and pour in about 790ml of pure water.

Start the equipment, after the pump is started, immediately pour in about 790ml of pure water, observe while pouring, until the water in the storage tank flows into the glass tube.

After has flowed into the tube, you need to add another 150ml or so of pure water, and once you have done so, put the filler cap back on and tighten it.


The new model of the device in the water tank outside the water level detection, to prevent the device pump dry burning led to damage.

Pour in about 790ml of pure water, start the device and wait for the water to flow in, after flowing into the tube, you need to add another 150ml or so of pure water, after joining, put the water filler cap back on and tighten it.

Note: To ensure the normal operation of the device in a low temperature environment, when the indoor temperature drops below 10 degrees Celsius, be sure to add antifreeze to the water tank in proportion. If antifreeze is not added, the low temperature may cause abnormalities in the glass tube of the device, thereby affecting the normal operation of the device.

According to the ratio of pure water and antifreeze shown in the figure above, pour in pure water first, then add antifreeze.
The antifreeze fluid will deteriorate to a certain extent when it is used for a long time. After the antifreeze fluid deteriorates, it will be more corrosive and the viscosity will also change, so it needs to be replaced regularly. The frequency of replacement we recommend is to change the water once every 2-3 months (at room temperature). When the ambient temperature starts to rise and the sub-zero temperature is lifted, the circulating cooling water can be replaced with softened water such as distilled water or purified water.
Try to use the same brand of antifreeze. Even if the main components of different types of antifreeze are the same, their additive formulas will be different. It is not advisable to mix them to avoid chemical reactions, precipitation or bubbles.
If laser machine will not be used for a long time, the water inside of laser tube, chiller and water pipes should be drained out, especially for glass laser tube. If buyer did not carry out our instruction, any broken of laser tube caused by this will not be guaranteed.
After the water tank is filled with water, please reinstall the rear cover and side door of the device.
