This page explains how to troubleshoot a situation where the machine cannot work normally and all indicator lights are off. Power-on issues are commonly caused by switch problems, loose wiring, or power supply interruptions. Follow this guide to quickly identify and fix the cause.
The machine cannot work normally and all indicator lights are off.

Gently pulling up vertically to turn the emergency stop switch on.
Use an M2 hexagonal wrench to remove the side door of the device and check whether the wiring has fallen off.


If it falls off, re-secure the wire.

Use the multimeter to check the power cord.

Put the red probe of the multimeter into contact with the pin of the male plug, and the black probe into contact with the pin at the other end, one by one, GND to GND, L to L, N to N.

When connected, the multimeter will beep and the value will change.
