¶ Power On Failure
This page explains how to troubleshoot a situation where the machine cannot work normally and all indicator lights are off. Power-on issues are commonly caused by switch problems, loose wiring, or power supply interruptions. Follow this guide to quickly identify and fix the cause.
¶ Issue Phenomenon
The machine cannot work normally and all indicator lights are off.
¶ Operational Guide
¶ 1. Emergency Stop Switch are off
Gently pulling up vertically to turn the emergency stop switch on.
¶ 2. The switch wiring is not tight
Use an M2 hexagonal wrench to remove the side door of the device and check whether the wiring has fallen off.
If it falls off, re-secure the wire.
¶ 3. Please check if the external socket has power.
¶ 4. The power cord is damaged
Use the multimeter to check the power cord.
Put the red probe of the multimeter into contact with the pin of the male plug, and the black probe into contact with the pin at the other end, one by one, GND to GND, L to L, N to N.
When connected, the multimeter will beep and the value will change.
Not connected state
If it is not connected, please contact the manufacturer to replace the power cord.
