¶ Replace the Magnet Hinges on the X-Base
¶ Preparation
- 2mm hex wrench
- 2.5mm hex wrench
- new magnet hinge
¶ Procedure
Attention: During the process of replacing parts, please ensure that all disassembled screws are safely preserved to prevent loss, as this is crucial for the subsequent reinstallation.
Disconnect the machine's main power cord, exhaust duct, and any other connected components.
Separate the machine from the riser base (This step requires two people to lift and move the machine). Then, remove the base.
Use a hex wrench to remove the screws on the right support panel (a total of 10 screws).
Separate the right support panel and the front and rear door covers from the riser base.
Use a hex wrench to loosen and remove the faulty magnet hinge that needs replacement. Then, install the new magnet hinge and tighten its securing screws.
Reassemble the riser base. Place the machine back onto the riser base, and reconnect the exhaust duct, power cord, and any other connected components to complete the replacement.
