¶ How to Install X-axis Slider - X Series
This guide explains how to properly install the X-axis slider on X Series laser machines. Correct installation ensures smooth linear motion, stable engraving accuracy, and proper guide wheel engagement within the rail system.
Improper installation may result in vibration, binding, or uneven movement.
¶ Required Tools
- M2, M3 hexagonal wrenches
¶ Operation Guide
Locate the screw on the back of the slider that holds the guide wheel in place.
Use M3 hexagonal wrench to loosen the screws fixing the guide wheel.
Embedding the x-axis slider in the guideway.
Tighten the screws securing the guide wheel with an M2 hexagonal wrench.
