The laser head has dropped along the Z-axis and cannot be raised using the UP button, remaining at its lowest position. Upon restarting the equipment, the laser head homes to the top-left corner, but the Z-axis position of the laser head does not reset.
The white plastic component on the right side inside the laser head has detached from the lead screw.
If movement still fails: Check for any loose wires inside and around the laser head. If any can be securely plugged back in, do so. If the wires cannot be secured or if the issue persists, report the damage to official after-sales personnel for further troubleshooting guidance or warranty action.
