When the width of elevator doors, room doors, or other passages is insufficient for the device to pass through, you can disassemble some of the outer shell components to reduce the width requirement for the device.
Personnel Requirements: A minimum of 4 people are required to assist in the handling process, please arrange personnel accordingly.
Tool Requirements:
To facilitate subsequent handling and to reduce the weight of the device, we will disassemble components such as the device's door cover and processing platform. Please ensure that these removed parts are kept safely.
After the device and base are disassembled, the height is: Height: 77.5cm (including the height of the emergency stop and key switch), Width: 111cm.
If the height of 77.5cm is still not enough to pass through, you will need to remove the emergency stop switch and key switch. After removal, the height will be: 75cm.

1. Use the key and hex wrench to remove the upper and lower front door covers of the device.

2. Remove the scrap bin.

NOTE: The method for removing the emergency stop switch and key switch is the same; here, only the operation for removing the emergency stop is demonstrated.
1. Locate the emergency stop switch, flick the yellow lock, unlock it, and then remove the lower half of the emergency stop switch.

2. Counterclockwise rotate to unscrew the fixing ring and remove the upper half of the emergency stop switch.

1. Lower the platform to a certain height, use scissors to cut the ties that fix the honeycomb board.

2. Remove the honeycomb board and blade.
Note: When removing the honeycomb board, do not let it hit the laser head, as this may cause the optical path to deviate.

3. When closing the door cover, use masking tape to secure it and prevent the door cover from opening during transportation.

1. The screws that fix the base are located inside the lower door cover on both the left and right sides of the device; you need to use the key to open the door cover.
2. Use the hex wrench to remove the screws that fix the base, as shown in the figure.

3. At this point, you can separate the device from the base. After separation, move the device into the room.
Note: It is best to prepare a handcart before flipping, and flip the device onto the cart for easier subsequent handling.

After the device is inside the room.
