Before performing camera calibration, please ensure that the device is properly connected to the computer.
Click "Settings > Camera" to open the camera settings page. Select the corresponding camera model according to the camera type, then click "Preview". The camera's field of view will be displayed in real time in the preview window on the right.
For example:
① The top-lid camera on the Hydra series is positioned to capture the entire working area. The motion camera is mounted next to the laser head and has a smaller field of view, allowing for more precise positioning:

Note: The [Calibration Wizard] will only become available after the top camera is correctly selected under [Camera Switch]. You can then proceed with the calibration process.
Then, click the camera type you need to calibrate, choose the calibration type, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration process.
1.Select "Select Working Area", then choose the corresponding machine model and size according to your device type. Click "Engrave", and the calibration file will be sent to the machine.
2.If your device type is not listed, select “Custom Working Area”. Refer to the schematic diagram below to measure the dimensions and input them on the right (where [L] in the diagram indicates material length, and [W] indicates material width). After uploading the file, perform frame tracing on the device to check if the patter is undersized/oversized/offset. If adjustments are needed, modify the data and click the “Upload” button again.
3.Place a suitably sized material at the center of the machine's working area.
Note: The material should cover most of the processing area and should be kept as flat as possible.
4.If the file has been uploaded successfully, click "Next step".
2.Please zoom and pan the photo to locate the centre of each cross; be sure to add exactly 63 coordinates in left-to-right order!
3.When the “Add” icon is selected,each double-click with the left mouse button adds a coordinate. However,double-clicking near an existing coordinate is treated as modifying its position, and no new coordinate will be added.
4.When the “Edit” icon is selected, you can modify the position of a coordinate by clicking and dragging it with the left mouse button.
5.Clicking the “Delete” icon removes the last added coordinate.
1.Click "Movable Camera > Completely calibrated", when you see “Please select the calibration mode for the Movable Camera”, choose “Detect Calibrate Board”, then click the “Next Page”.
2.Click the button below to download and print the calibration pattern, place the printed calibration pattern on the processing platform.
3.Click the “Calibrate” button to calculate the theoretical error value. If the calculated theoretical error does not exceed 0.5 mm, click “Next”.
Theoretical Error Value: -1.000 mm
¶ 2.Movable Camera Offset Correction - Cutting Mark
1. Move the laser head to the appropriate position and place a piece of material larger than 50x50 mm directly under the laser head.
2.Click “cut mark” and the device will cut the correction mark pattern under the laser head, click “Next step”.

1.In the preview on the left, left-click to control the laser head to move to the click position.
2.Left-click the center of the cutting pattern to make the center of the left preview cross coincide with the center of the cutting mark.
3.Click the "Offset Correction" button to correct the movable camera offset parameters.
Note: Save the exported calibration parameter file properly. As long as the same computer system is used, the calibration parameters can be directly imported and reused for future operations.
