Firmware upgrade is divided into two parts: controller(motherboard) upgrade and HMI(panel) upgrade. Only when both the motherboard and the panel are successfully upgraded can the firmware upgrade be considered complete.
The order of these two parts does not matter, but it should be noted that no matter which step is carried out first, the device must be restarted after a successful upgrade before proceeding to the next step, and the device should be restarted again after the next step is successfully completed.

For users of the X series products, due to the continuous updates and iterations of the X series devices, depending on the time of your purchase, you need to select the corresponding motherboard upgrade files. The specific selection method is as follows:
- You can check the bar code label on the motherboard to determine whether it is new or old. The old motherboard number has "1G" and the new motherboard does not.
- Cannot upgrade compared to the lower upgrade file of the current controller.
